I had to follow up a couple of times about a warranty issue, which got annoying. They did eventually respond, but a lot of it felt like they were hiding behind policy instead of just clearly explaining what I needed to do next. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the back-and-forth was slow and kind of frustrating. I expected the support to be a bit more helpful

"Discounts are okay, but the info is all over the place"
I got a discount code and it worked fine, so that part was good. But the promos aren’t always explained clearly, and when I asked about them, I felt like I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. It’s just a little frustrating when you’re trying to figure out what actually applies.

I’m giving this 5 stars mostly because of how well it was packed. The box felt sturdy, there was plenty of padding, and nothing was sliding around or crushed. Even the tape was done neatly — secure, but not wrapped like a nightmare to open. i’ve had orders from other sites show up looking like they fought for their life in transit, so seeing this arrive in perfect shape made me feel a lot better right away. I’d definitely order again if they keep putting this much care into the packaging
"Works fine, but could be smoother"
I used the site for the first time last week, and overall it was okay. It did what I needed, but some pages took a bit longer to load than I expected. After a few minutes of browsing, I also found it a little clunky to track down certain items. The checkout part was simple though, which definitely helped. Not a bad experience, just feels like the site could use a little cleanup.

I requested a refund the whole thing just felt more stressful than it needed to be. It kept dragging on, and the replies were slow and didn’t really give me much confidence that anyone was actually handling it. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates, which made the whole experience really frustrating. After dealing with that, I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from jaxgoods.com again.

My order showed up and the website worked, so there’s that. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, and the updates were minimal, which was super helpful... not. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not exactly impressive. I’d maybe order again if the price was good enough.

"Took a while, but they helped"
So... support did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. I ended up sending a follow-up message, and they eventually replied and helped me out. Not terrible, just a bit slow.
"Not much to choose from"
I went on jaxgoods.com thinking I’d browse around and maybe find a few options, but the selection felt limited right away.
A bunch of categories barely had anything in them, and it got frustrating having to click through too many steps just to keep seeing the same kinds of items or hardly anything at all.
If they happen to have exactly what you’re looking for, it might be fine, but I wanted more choices and didn’t feel like digging around anymore. I ended up leaving without buying anything

I tried ordering a few things from jaxgoods.com, but most of what I wanted ended up being out of stock. The annoying part was that the site still showed them as available until I got to checkout. I get that inventory can change, but it seems common sense to keep stock info updated so people don’t waste time adding stuff they can’t buy. Hopefully they fix that.

"Checkout was easy enough, but shipping could’ve shown sooner"
Checking out on JAX Mercantile was mostly fine, to be fair. The pages loaded without any issues, and my payment went through quickly. I did find it a bit annoying that the shipping cost didn’t show up earlier in the process, since that would’ve been helpful to know upfront. But overall, it was simple enough, and I got my order confirmation right away. I’d give it 4 stars

"Heads up: I got the wrong item in my order"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from JAX Mercantile, my package showed up, and while most of the order was fine, one item wasn’t what I ordered at all. Now I’ve got to go through the hassle of getting it fixed, which is annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely something to watch out for.

I ordered a small kitchen gadget and it showed up fast. It looks like what was shown in the photos, which is always nice, and it works the way I expected. Nothing fancy to say really, but I haven’t had any issues with it

The pricing was clear from the start, and shipping showed up before I paid, which I really appreciated. It was nice not getting hit with random fees at checkout. That said, when I had a quick question, the response made me feel kind of dismissed, like they just wanted to move on.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from JAX Mercantile the shipping was way slower than I thought it would be. The tracking would just sit there for days and I kept checking it like, okay so is it moving or, anyway, I had no real clue when it was actually going to show up.
I know delays happen, and I’m usually patient, but this was just frustrating. By the time the package finally arrived, I was kind of over it already. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something anytime soon.

The return process was just, like, way more annoying than I expected. It took forever to get the return approved, and I was basically just waiting around for an update the whole time.

I ordered my usual size and it fit almost right. The sleeves were a little long, not a huge deal, but when I mentioned it, I kind of felt dismissed like it wasn’t worth addressing. The size chart was still helpful overall, and I’d probably order again, just with slightly lower expectations for support...

"Decent, but I’m not totally sure"
The prices seemed reasonable, and to be fair, I did get exactly what I ordered and it works fine. I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but it feels a little cheaper than I thought it would for the price. It’s not a bad purchase or anything, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but next time I’d probably shop around a bit more before ordering again.

I’m not really sure what happened with my order. It showed up way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where it was.
